ABOUT
Elizabeth M. Merryman graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a minor in Animal Science. She now resides in Coatesville, Pennsylvania with her husband William Rubin, and has two children, McLane and Liza.
Elizabeth has been training at the Fair Hill Training Center in Elkton, Maryland for 18 years, where she utilizes the facility's 1,000 open acres. She primarily trains flat horses but has converted some horses to steeplechasing for a second career opportunity.
She specializes in bringing along young horses, giving them the confidence to succeed throughout their career.
Elizabeth breeds mares at her farm in Pennsylvania and is on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Horse Breeder's Association.
